Southern Florida experiences a subtropical wet-and-dry climate, with exceptional dry and wet seasons. While boats are often summering in the Med, the Florida summer is hot and humid, often with day-to-day thunderstorms. When the current weather settles in late October, the boating establish usually returns to Florida again in the dry winter season.
